"My parents have been coming to Queens Line Medical Center for a few years. Dr. Difranco is a great doctor because he is accessible when needed, which is so crucial with a patient doctor relationship- getting a call back or medication refills when needed is so important. I also feel that he cares about his patients unlike other doctors who don't even bother to read your chart or get to know you. The staff here are warm and inviting. The office Manager, Nicole, goes above and beyond to help us every time I call or email the office. I wish that every medical center would treat patients this way!"

"I have been going to queensline medical center for years. I love the doctors and staff here. They care about patients' health and needs. I complained at first about all the tests they have you take for a medical examination but it helped at the end. You can’t find any other doctors' offices that care about their patients."
