My visits are usually with D. Ramos, ANP. I think she is great. She is friendly, understanding and answers all my questions. She takes her time with me and goes over my tests and gives me her opinions and advice. I have known her for a long time. Dr. DiFranco is my primary doctor. I schedule my appointments with Ramos, ANP. The staff is very attentive. The only thing I dont like is the wait time. It is usually 1 hour after my appointment. However, Ramos ANP takes the time needed, no rush.
